A beautiful portrait does not necessarily mean you looking at the camera and smiling. In fact, 90% of the portraits of that leave my studio are non-smiling images. You simply “feel” those images more. I love them and so do my clients.

Senior pictures can be as edgy or beautiful as you are. In my opinion, edgy is beautiful too! Your definition of beautiful can be different than others!

I never enter a shoot thinking, “I’ll do pose 1,2 and 3 on background A. Then, pose 4, 5, and 6 on background B.”. I am not 100% sure what we will create! Each senior has their own unique style, clothing, posing, …. the combination is infinite. To be honest, with my dance & movement background, I let the outfit and personality of the senior tell me how to pose, how to light, which backgrounds, which outdoor location, …

Before investing your money into senior pictures MAKE SURE you select a photographer who’s work “speaks to you”. It moves you. You feel it. Nothing else is more important. Most people who book me for senior pictures want ME. No one else will do. I’ll do anything for my clients to create the amazing imagery you see on my website.

Young men deserve senior pictures too! Guys actually LOVE their senior pictures with me. They’ve never felt so “cool”. Most tell me that they have NEVER loved being in pictures but after I show them about the third click of my shutter, they are absolutely awe struck and end up LOVING their session and images.

Make sure you select a photographer who can give you beautiful IN-STUDIO portraiture in addition to striking outdoor work. I believe studio portraiture has nearly became a lost art form. More and more “photographers” are opting to NOT learn “studio lighting” at all. I provide all my seniors with beautiful in-studio portraits with every session. In my opinion, you deserve it.
